Shipping & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Any unopened packages can be returned within 24 hours upon date of delivery for a full refund of the purchased amount. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be completed and appeared on your statements.
Customers will be required to contact Gofresh Inc. to make arrangements for all returns. Gofresh representatives will coordinate a schedule with customers to pick up all returned products. For return schedule arrangements, please contact us for instructions.

All orders will be shipped exclusively via Gofresh Inc. from our warehouse. We ship all orders from Monday to Saturday. Hours of delivery will be available from 10 am – 8 pm, Monday thru Saturday. All orders must be received before 3 am for the same day delivery to take place. For Holidays and Sundays, orders will be shipped the next business day since we are closed. A confirmation with order details and delivery schedule will appear at end of checkout process.
FREE SAME DAY/NEXT DAY SHIPPING is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $35. Gofresh Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event of fraudulent transactions.
For all shipments, customers must make sure to be at home or workplace upon delivery. If no one is available, the shipment will be left by the doorstep and the responsibility will fall upon the purchaser in the case of the product warming, thawing, or being stolen. Customers will be responsible for the charges with no refund. Every attempt will be made to provide a courtesy call if no one is present during the time of delivery.
To help maintain freshness, we suggest that you unpack your order upon receipt and place products in the refrigerator or freezer immediately. The box you receive your product in is not intended for storage use beyond receipt of shipment.
